1.25 oz Tanqueray® gin
0.6 oz Fresh lime juice
5-6 wedges Thick cut pineapple slices
0.3 oz Rich simple syrup (2:1 ratio of water to sugar, adjust syrup volume to taste)
2.5 oz Moscato d' asti
Muddle pineapple, lime and syrup in heavy based collins glass. Add ice, gin and wine. Stir generously.
